HIIT meets spin in our small group personal training sweat classes. Exercise away those extra calories in these high energy cardio classes. Circuits and pure spin on our Concept 2 and air bikes. Improve your cardiovascular health with this ultimate keep-fit exercise sessions.

LIFT FOR

  TEENS

For ages 13+ our Lift for Teens classes teaches teenagers to safely lift weights and exercise. Even those who dislike sports and PE will be inspired to include fitness into their life with these fun small group personal training classes, exclusive to Move Well.
