Well, yes the strongman folk do it but that doesn’t mean you are going to end up looking like them!
You already do these exercises each an everyday.
Sitting 🪑 then standing, bending down on one knee to tie a shoe, walking up the stairs.
We want you to be able to do these things forever! 💪
Functional training requires a focus on certain area to really make change happen.
